Kathy Diaz brings more than twenty five years of sales and marketing expertise to her real estate practice. An Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University, Kathy began her professional career as a registered nurse. From the beginning, her innate ability to provide reassurance and guidance allowed clients to feel supported and at ease during the most challenging circumstances.  Her career path later led her into medical sales,  where she quickly distinguished herself through strong leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven record of results.

Kathy then advanced to the role of Director of Marketing for a leading luxury homebuilder and developer, where she was responsible for all marketing and sales efforts to ensure unbeaten and profitable home sales.

Kathy started her real estate business in 2006 and offers her clients a distinctive blend of market expertise, an unparalleled atmosphere of professionalism, superior customer service, with specialized knowledge of the Phoenix/Ahwatukee, Scottsdale/Arcadia, and East Valley real estate markets.
